Padlifter (ABN 45 738 323 711) trading as Ringcommend (“Ringcommend”) is an information service that provides you with the tools and information you need to source a diamond engagement ring.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.

We provide general advice and comparative information about a range of diamond engagement rings and can help you connect with businesses that provide relevant products and services.

Content Measurement data.Digital measurement software may collect data about the content on our website that a User or Visitor has viewed, and when it was viewed, and general information about the device on which the content was viewed.
Use of Personal Information
All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with Our obligations and safeguard your rights under the applicable legal requirements at all times. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with Ringcommend. If you delete your Ringcommend account then your personal information is deleted immediately, and the remaining information is anonymised for analytical purposes. Usage of Data for Marketing Purposes
We may disclose your personal information to:

jewellery suppliers and diamond distributors
our external service providers for the purposes of our business, for example IT service providers. Information is only disclosed in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
product and services providers for operational purposes, and also because from time to time they may choose to provide you with information about their products and services by ordinary post or email. You may opt-out of receipt of such marketing at any time by contacting directly those organisations which have obtained your information. If you do not have their details, you can request them from us on the details below;
any organisation which you request us to, including a financial adviser, broker, solicitor, or accountant;
our related companies and other organisations;
if we consider it necessary to do so in order to enforce or apply the terms of any of our agreements with you;
if we sell our business or part of it to a third party;
in extreme circumstances to protect the personal safety of our customers, website users, staff or the public; and

How & Where Does Ringcommend Keep My Data?
To offer our services, we will process and store your data in Australia, we also require all our partners to ensure that your data is kept securely at all times.

The information we collect is entered into our site by you, imported on your instruction and transmitted across the Internet to our servers. By using our service, you are consenting to this process. The service providers who host our servers are not permitted to access your personal information except for the purposes of storing it.
